PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: CORAVIN PEDESTAL BASE
Whether a wine bottle has a cork or a screw cap has nothing to do with the quality of the wine. With the adapter from Coravin you can also use bottles with screw cap with the Coravin system. It is simply exchanged for the original cap of the bottle before the first use. The wine will keep for up to three months after the first serving.
Included in the delivery are 6 screw cap adapters.
Using the adapter
The adapter is replaced with the screw cap of the bottle before first use. It then remains on the bottle and should not be removed until the bottle is drunk.
How long does the adapter last?
Each adapter can be pierced up to 50 times. The wine will keep for up to three months after the first serving with the adapter.
