How do I use the Coravin System?

Putting on and taking off the Coravin System is very easy. A fine needle is inserted through the cork. The needle glides through the cork like butter. Since cork is a natural product, it automatically closes again when you remove the pouring needle with the Coravin System after pouring.

You can use the needles several hundred times. The Coravin system contains a cartridge with argon gas. This means that no oxygen gets into the wine bottle, which means that the wine lasts as long as if you had never taken it off the wine rack.
